INTRODUCTION OF UNITED MOTORS CO.
“United Motors Company was established in 1999 as merger of United Arab Motors Company & Alessayi Trading Corp. to for United Motors Co., the sole distributor for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram (known as Dodge trucks) products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”

The Company is one of the biggest companies in the world of Saudi automotive market, UMC is also know for employing more than 550 highly trained & experienced staff in 22 branches in the middle East Asia. Moreover, UMC appointed more than 15 authorized distributors throughout the Kingdom to extend it’s services for their clients & Customers.
Another Plus point of the company in Kingdom is that the showroom open at 9 & closes at 12 midnight, beacause of high demand of sales & services via customers. Most companies in Saudi Arabia closes at 9 pm. UMC is providing an ease for their customers, it has the fastest service & repair efficiency which satisfies majority of the customers. Also they have opened Customer Service Department which is up-to-date and the main reason is to keep direct relations with the clients.
The main reason is that my father is working in United Motors Co. So its easy to get the correct information from the company. Also my brothers are working in parts, accounts & IT departments of the company. So I can get interviews, proper information & as much information I want for doing the assignment.
